We will focus on moving through a variety of functional strength exercises to help you better connect with your entire core from front to back, powering the legs and glutes, as well as building muscle in the upper body. During this live stream class, you will be guided through a full-body workout focusing on connecting to your core, building your endurance with intentional breathing, and using mind-muscle connection throughout each functional movement to really get the most out of each class.
